Experience developing equipment/automation controlled by PLCs (Hardware Skills are priority, Software Skills are secondary) - PLCs such as Allen-Bradley or Siemens S7 or other PLC's will be accepted.
Understanding of Drives (Hardware and Configuration) and VFD's
Solid Panel Design, Component Selection (Breakers, relays, terminals, power supplies, cables)
Experience developing Wiring Diagrams & Electrical Schematicusing AutoCAD
Understanding Robotic Applications (Fanuc or Other Robotic Systems)
Familiar with UL508A, NEC and IEC standards experience
EDUCATION:
4+ years in control hardware design with BS in Engineering Degree or
6+ years in controls hardware design with 2 year electrical/mechanical/technition associates degree or
7+ years of Solid Controls Hardware Design Experience
Multiple positions in Metro Detroit and Indianapolis, IN
