- We are looking for an experienced Project Scheduler with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience using MS-Project to develop schedules for a Large Construction Project
- Preferred candidate will have strong knowledge of MS Project inclduing ability to create and modify reports and use VBA to create Macros. Candidates with MS Project Programming Skills will be considered immediately
- Work closely with PMs, key stakeholders, engineers, and subcontractors to collect project timelines, key dates, updates, and changes.
- Integrate subcontractors' schedules into Master Schedules
- Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project
- As the MS Project subject Matter Expert, provide technical support to other team members
- Gain Project information through PM’s, Subs, Project documents, reporting data, and observations of construction & installation.
- Managing, storing, updating, and disseminating collected information to key parties
- Support daily and weekly Project meetings onsite or remotely using MS Teams or any other means
- Obtain timely information from key team members
- Implement subcontractor activities into master schedules
- Updating and reporting the status of projects to project teams and customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s in construction management or Engineering is desired but not required
- Min 3 years of developing MS Project Schedules for Construction, Automotive, or Manufacturing experience
- Must have excellent communication skills, ability to work with all levels of the organization, client, and subs
- Experience with schedule building (Templates and from Scratch), importing other schedules into the main schedule, working with multiple schedules, and knowledge of critical path theory
- General knowledge of schedule logic, precedence, and sequencing
- Identify & analyze critical path activities
- Min 3 years of work-related Microsoft Project as a Main Responsibility
